Contact form

You can contact us (e.g. to ask questions about our services, to request and arrange a workshop with us, etc.) by filling out our contact forms. Contact is usually made by email; if a phone number is provided, by phone.

When you submit the contact form, the following data that you enter in the corresponding fields will be processed: Salutation, title, name, activity (e.g. company/institution, department), telephone number, address (street, house number, city, postal code, region, country), e-mail address, your inquiry (subject/subject, message).

Google reCAPTCHA

In some of our contact forms we use "Google reCAPTCHA", Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, privacy information.

This allows us to check whether the data entry is made by a human or by an automated program. The analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user).

Online application

You can send an unsolicited application or apply specifically for a position advertised on our website.

The submission of a speculative application as well as an application for a specific position requires the provision of mandatory and optional information which you can send us via e-mail.

The data that you disclose in the context of a speculative application or application for a specifically advertised position will be processed by franzjohann Kreativagentur in any case for the duration of the application process and for a period of nine months after receipt of the applicant data.

The nine-month retention period results from the usual three-month period of the application process from receipt of the application to notification of any rejection, as well as the six-month period from receipt of rejection during which the applicant may assert claims under the Equal Treatment Act.
